Tooele Family Center: Halloween Party

Today we had our Halloween Party. Thanks to all who came! We read stories, sang songs, made foot ghosts and hand spiders. Each child also got a Halloween treat.

About Us

"Bringing Families and Schools Together for Student Success!" We are a parent information rescource center for all families of Tooele County. Our goal is parent involvement in a child's education from birth to graduation. We offer many workshops to give parents the tools they need to have successful families. Our lending library is child friendly offering hundreds of books for parents and children, educational toys, computer software, literacy tools, dvd's, & early childhood education kits. I'm in my 8th year as the coordinator! I have a strong belief that every child no matter what their limitations are can become whatever they dream to be. I'm also convinced that one of the most important ways that a child's dream can be reached is with parent guidance, support, and love! Parents need support, assistance, and resources to help them in their important role of helping their child succeed! I am here to assist and help families obtain resources and provide information to improve their child's development, academics, and family relationships. Another key role we have is to offer schools assistance by providing parents with the resources they need to help their child, to teach parents their responsibility in their child's education and how they can give support to teachers and their school. I truly love helping people and I'm here to help you!
